Pharmaceuticals: Benta relocates six strategic molecules 24/07/2023
- Pharmaceutical laboratory Benta invests 13 million euros to modernize its Saint-Genis-Laval plant.
- In 2020, Benta took over the production site of the Famar laboratory.
- Benta plans to relocate six generic drugs to France with a budget of 4.8 million euros.
- Benta works as a subcontractor for Sanofi, Abbott and Procter & Gamble, and plans to launch new generic drugs on the market by the end of 2022.
- Benta employs 600 people at its plants in France and Beirut.
- The workforce at the Saint-Genis-Laval plant will increase from 115 to 165 by 2025.
