Founded in 1988, Batipart is a family-owned group that has developed in a variety of sectors, including real estate, healthcare and the hotel industry.

The group has been a pioneer in the conversion and property development revolution since the 1980s through several of its companies such as Immobilière Batibail and Foncière des Régions.

In 2017, Batipart redeployed its real estate activities in Europe by creating a single management platform: BATIPART IMMO EUROPE.
