Bastide is very well established in France with more than 130 establishments in France covering most of the country. The group's areas of expertise are vast.
In 2016, home respiratory assistance represented 16% of revenue (management, oxygen therapy, non-invasive and invasive ventilation, S.A.S. equipment in P.P.C.). In addition, nutrition, stomatotherapy and wound healing represented 19% of Bastide's sales.
Homecare is the group's main activity, accounting for approximately 65% of its revenue, including patient mobility and bedding as well as patient comfort and well-being. 51% of revenue was generated through the sale of Bastide brand medical equipment and 49% of revenue came from homecare services. Most of the respiratory activity was carried out through the provision of services with customised installation for the patient.
All of the Group's business segments are growing.
In 2016, there were 44 Bastide franchises in France. The group has a fairly high net debt ratio (98% in 2016), but decreasing. 26.3M€ of investments have been made by the group throughout France in order to expand Bastide's market share largely through self-financing.
