in 1998, SIERA and its president Daniel DORCHIES acquired Arthur Loyd.
Arthur Loyd became number 1 in the regions, notably by setting up the Centre de Formation Agréé and developing specific departments focused on high value-added national projects, such as Arthur Loyd Investissement, Logistique or Asset Management.
