Ardian is a company specializing in private equity. Founded in 1996, it has become a world leader in this field.

In 2013, Ardian acquired independence from AXA Private Equity and became Europe's leading private equity firm, managing or advising $36 billion in assets. Since then, the company has continued to grow, entering new areas such as real estate and expanding its presence around the world, with offices in Madrid, San Francisco, Tokyo, Seoul and Santiago.

In 2020, Ardian's assets under management reached $110 billion, confirming their position among the leaders in the private equity sector.
