Altice France sells SFR's data centers to Morgan Stanley 21/11/2023

Altice France brings together 257 data centers in France under a new entity called UltraEdge.
UltraEdge is valued at 764 million euros, or 29 times Edbidta.
Altice France, by selling more than two-thirds of the capital, is expected to recoup around 530 million euros.
SFR is expected to generate around 175 million euros in additional revenues from UltraEdge over the next seven years.

Altice data centers sold to Morgan Stanley 07/09/2023

Drahi's company is mired in debt of around 60 billion euros.
The data center portfolio could be valued at around one billion euros.
