Agriplas Sotralentz Packaging

• Agriplas was founded in 1987. It specializes in the production of plastic drums, jerrycans, small containers and customized products.
• Agrisplas is France's second-largest manufacturer of industrial plastic packaging (2016).
• In 2017, Agriplas, a subsidiary of the Roullier Group, acquired Sotralentz Packaging with the aim of conquering new markets such as Benelux, Germany and Austria.
• Sotralentz had sales of €35 million and was in financial difficulty.
• Agriplas loads around 10,000 trucks a year and has 3 production sites in France.
